They are intended to improve the appearance of the skin, not to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there was an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund you in full.
We may limit the quantity of products sold per person, household or order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Promotional pricing and countdown offers apply only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order; if a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund it as described in our policies. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Reviews and messages you send
If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the store. We do not pay for reviews and do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the business that operates this store is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us, so please reach out first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in that state, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
